You’ve chosen the playlist for your Bridgerton garden ball, dressed for the occasion, and your garden is aglow with fairy lights and florals. Now it’s time for those final, magical touches—the little extras that elevate your event from lovely to legendary. Whether your party is already on the calendar or still living in your imagination (like mine!), this checklist will help you bring it all together with a sparkle of Regency flair.

Your Bridgerton Garden Ball Checklist

A soft twilight garden scene with a checklist on a clipboard, candles flickering, and a favour table filled with vintage trinkets and handwritten notes.

☑️ Send your invitations (digital or printed)

☑️ Finalise your tablescape and florals

☑️ Choose your playlist (hello, string quartets!)

☑️ Print dance cards or games

☑️ Set up lawn games and lounge areas

☑️ Plan your outfit with accessories

☑️ Prepare food and drinks (bonus for themed items)

☑️ Light candles, lanterns, or fairy lights

☑️ Set up a creative or quiet corner (letter writing, embroidery, journaling)

☑️ Snap photos or set up a dreamy photo spot

☑️ Create parting favours for guests (optional, but delightful)

Amy’s Note: I imagine wrapping up little jars of jam, hand-tied with ribbon and a quote card, to send guests off with a smile.

Last-Minute Flourishes to Add Magic

A basket filled with dainty quote cards, floral ribbon, and mini envelopes, resting beside a garden gate at golden hour.
  • Signature drink: Something floral and refreshing—try elderflower fizz or rose lemonade.
  • Quote cards: Add Jane Austen or Bridgerton quotes to place settings or favours.
  • Photo corner: Create a nook with draped fabric, florals, and vintage props.
  • Soft send-off: Hand guests a wrapped scone or poem card as they leave.

✨ Amy’s Note: I’m already collecting floral paper and ribbon scraps to use for quote tags, just in case I host my dream soirée next summer.
